Aerobic test results for an LDPE sample treated with .8% of ENA's active ingredients.

Here is the data reported to us by Dr. G.K. Batra of Biosystems Inc., in the report of their testing of the sample we submitted to them for testing per the ASTM 5338 protocol for testing aerobic biodegradation of plastics:

The data confirms that ENA 2.0 added at the rate of .8% active ingredients caused the LDPE sample to biodegrade at slightly over 2/3 the rate of cellulose over a 13 week period. Commercial compostability standards typically require that plastics biodegrade 60% in 180 days, or .333% per day. The ENA 2.0 treated sample biodegraded at a rate of .714% per day, which is more than twice as fast as typical standards require.
